Breaking Housing Matters is responding with the Housing Subsidy Solution—a practical plan to ensure no one pays more than 25 percent of their income on housing. If they do, a public-private fund helps cover the rest.
This is more than a launch. It is the start of a serious effort to change the way we respond to housing insecurity in this country.
